Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Fires/Maneuver C2 Systems Instructor to join our team in Okinawa Japan.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

• Applicant must have le for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect process analyze and evaluate information at the strategic operational and tactical levels.
• Deliver training programs classroom instruction and hands-on labs to Marines and joint force personnel.
• Provide subject matter expertise and instruction on Marine Corps Programs of Record (POR) systems maneuver tactics fires integration and collaborative tools.
• Conduct system demonstrations scenario-driven exercises and battle staff applications (e.g. COA development OPORD production COP maintenance ISR-to-fires integration).
• Support curriculum development POI refinement training material updates and course evaluations in accordance with SAT-E methodology.
• Mentor and advise Marines on operational employment of maneuver fires and C2 systems in alignment with mission requirements.
• Integrate intelligence injects into maneuver and fires staff planning to improve decision-cycle speed and realism during training.
• Collaborate with training commands program offices and stakeholders (e.g. MISTC MEF G-2 CTC MCSC TECOM) to maintain training standards and readiness.
• Follow security protocols to safeguard information and systems.
• Support the collecting processing analysis and evaluation of information at the strategic operational and tactical levels.
• Support one or more intelligence areas pertaining to but not limited to counterterrorism infrastructure cybersecurity and fluency in/active usage of languages used in the analytic intelligence and counterintelligence process and all phases of the intelligence cycle such as production and dissemination.

EXPERIENCE:

• Ten (10) years with military/DoD training of related experience with intelligence areas as outlined in the general duties/experience.
• Completion of a recognized instructor course (i.e. Marine Corps Instructor FLEX DLEC or equivalent).
• Demonstrate expertise in one or more warfighting functions (C2 Maneuver Fires Logistics Aviation or Information Management).
• Prior military or DoD experience as a systems analyst operator or instructor highly desired.

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma/GED.
