SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Applicant must have le for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect process analyze and evaluate information at the strategic operational and tactical levels.
- Deliver training programs classroom instruction and hands-on labs to Marines and joint force personnel.
- Provide subject matter expertise and instruction on Marine Corps Programs of Record (POR) systems maneuver tactics fires integration and collaborative tools.
- Conduct system demonstrations scenario-driven exercises and battle staff applications (e.g. COA development OPORD production COP maintenance ISR-to-fires integration).
- Support curriculum development POI refinement training material updates and course evaluations in accordance with SAT-E methodology.
- Mentor and advise Marines on operational employment of maneuver fires and C2 systems in alignment with mission requirements.
- Integrate intelligence injects into maneuver and fires staff planning to improve decision-cycle speed and realism during training.
- Collaborate with training commands program offices and stakeholders (e.g. MISTC MEF G-2 CTC MCSC TECOM) to maintain training standards and readiness.
- Follow security protocols to safeguard information and systems.
- Support the collecting processing analysis and evaluation of information at the strategic operational and tactical levels.
- Support one or more intelligence areas pertaining to but not limited to counterterrorism infrastructure cybersecurity and fluency in/active usage of languages used in the analytic intelligence and counterintelligence process and all phases of the intelligence cycle such as production and dissemination.
EXPERIENCE:
- Ten (10) years with military/DoD training of related experience with intelligence areas as outlined in the general duties/experience.
- Completion of a recognized instructor course (i.e. Marine Corps Instructor FLEX DLEC or equivalent).
- Demonstrate expertise in one or more warfighting functions (C2 Maneuver Fires Logistics Aviation or Information Management).
- Prior military or DoD experience as a systems analyst operator or instructor highly desired.
