Job Summary
As a Vice President Product Delivery Manager within the HR Money Movement team you will play a key role in the continued innovation of payroll processes the Oracle HCM cloud application and related business processes. You will work with a diverse group of stakeholders to execute and implement the ongoing technology strategy that will enable the Global HR organization. You will be responsible for the continued optimization and sustainment of the Oracle HCM cloud solution ensuring the reliability accuracy and effectiveness of the platform and the end-to-end experience for our 260K employees globally.
Job responsibilities
- Represent the Global Pay Product Team on a day-to-day basis; own the end-to-end experience for stakeholders by partnering to understand the needs and practices of all groups interacting with the aligned product.
- Collect business requirements and translate them into the product backlog.
- Craft user stories for technology teams referencing functionalities such as Oracle HCM payroll elements integrations reporting or compensation modules.
- Prioritize the product backlog; partner with different teams to conduct impact analysis for future investments and current items and drive initiatives toward success.
- Own accountability for the products experience including operations technology and data; identify expectations and areas of opportunity by key persona.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Experience with Oracle HCM pay and time platforms
- Able to multi-task prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment across team
- Problem solvingproblem identification and reasoning skills. Good judgement and decision-making skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Exceptional analytical skills(ex. root cause analysis).
