We are seeking a Junior Legal Specialist for the Masiv teamto join our growing team. This position is highly operational and requires someone detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. The Junior Legal Specialist will primarily provide support in reviewing and managing contracts responding to regulatory requests and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. This is a client-facing role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review draft and manage a high volume of contracts across different industries (corporate SMEs BPOs retail prepaid and postpaid clients).
• Provide first-line support in preparing responses to user complaints petitions and regulatory requests from the CRC SIC and other entities.
• Assist in handling rights of petition and tutelas per week ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Support in preparing legal documentation such as board minutes shareholder agreements and other corporate records.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including commercial and compliance to ensure proper execution of legal processes.
• Participate in client meetings with a focus on high-quality service and operational efficiency.

Essential Requirements:

• Law degree with 12 years of experience ideally in TELCO technology or corporate legal environments.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and ability to review and support negotiation processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks petitions and tutelas in Colombia.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (oral and written).
• Strong team player with a proactive and service-oriented attitude.
