Senior Marketing Communications Specialist (Market Research)
Location: Plymouth Meeting PA (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite per week)
Job Type: Temporary 12 Months

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist with strong expertise in Market Research to support the U.S. portfolio. This role involves planning and executing primary research partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies and delivering insights that inform brand strategy and business decisions. The position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills who can synthesize complex data into actionable business recommendations.
ResponsibilitiesPlan design and execute primary market research studies including timelines and budgets.
Partner with stakeholders and agencies to align research objectives and deliverables.
Manage all aspects of qualitative and quantitative research projects.
Apply best practices and innovative approaches to generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with brand teams to address business challenges through research design and execution.
Synthesize findings into clear compelling data stories and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
Integrate primary insights with secondary and syndicated data sources to inform brand narratives and strategic choices.
Support the development and evolution of brand strategy and tactics through actionable market insights.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Market Research Psychology Data Science or related field.
Minimum 5 years of Market Research experience (client side supplier side or related functions in Sales/Marketing).
Knowledge of U.S. healthcare environment and ability to learn therapy areas quickly.
Hands-on knowledge of Market Research methods and secondary data sources.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to link business issues with insights.
Team-oriented mindset with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.
Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
Masters degree (MBA MA MS or MMR) in Business Marketing Research or related field.
Experience with healthcare consumer and practitioner research.
Familiarity with Buy & Bill products.
Experience with advanced statistical data analysis (Excel Minitab or other tools).
Strategic thinker with ability to influence decision-making.
Independent adaptable and comfortable managing competing priorities.
Skilled at navigating ambiguity while fostering collaboration.
