Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg (CWR)
Location: Brick NJ (ZIP 08724)
Hours: 36 hours per week 12 hours per day 3 days per week
Shift: 6:45 PM 7:15 AM Every other weekend required (Saturday & Sunday) Holiday rotation (Labor Day or July 4th) No on-call Floating required

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg to provide compassionate evidence-based care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The RN will evaluate patients assist physicians with patient care and deliver patient-centered nursing interventions aligned with the professional nursing practice model.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and support physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic care.
Plan implement and document individualized nursing care based on patient needs.
Conduct ongoing patient assessments and prioritize care through clinical judgment.
Develop and coordinate individualized care plans.
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care.
Document care according to standards of practice patient acuity and clinical priorities.
Advocate for evidence-based practices and support innovations in care delivery.
Provide holistic patient-centric care.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of recent strong Med-Surg experience.

Education

Required: Associates Degree in Nursing (ASN).
Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Licensure & Certifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification (required).
