Future Responsibilities:
This position has the following accountabilities:
1. Precisely capture business problems value drivers and functional/non-functional requirements including health safety security usability data and supportability considerations.
2. Translate business requirements into functionality and assess the risks feasibility opportunities and business impacts of various solution options.
3. Assess and model processes data flows and technology to understand the current value and issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Create clear documentation to communicate requirements and related information; keep updated to align with the solution over the project lifecycle.
5. Ensure traceability of requirements from business needs and requirements through testing and scope changes to final solution.
6. Interact with software suppliers designers and developers to understand software limitations deliver elements of system and database design and ensure that business requirements and use cases are handled.
7. Configure and document software and processes using agreed standards and tools.
8. Create acceptance criteria and validate that solutions meet business needs through defining and coordinating testing.
9. Create and present compelling business cases to justify solution value and establish approval funding and prioritization.
10. Initiate plan execute monitor and control Business Analysis activities on projects within agreed parameters of cost time and quality.
11. Understand and stay abreast of relevant architectures and technologies related to a business potential solutions and innovative ideas. Guide and manage interactions with technology vendors.
12. Lead stakeholder management activities including facilitation of large design sessions.
Special Challenges:
1. Respond to organizational and environmental changes during in-progress activities.
2. Guide business stakeholders to gain acceptance / sign-off despite competing objectives. Manage requirements to the smallest set that will provide the biggest impact in advancing business objectives and end-user buy-in.
3. Describe technology in terms easily understood by business customers and set realistic customer expectations for the project outcome. Adjust customer expectations in accordance with changes in scope.
4. Generate innovative approaches to existing problems or new opportunities. Work closely with stakeholders to build trust and understand their goals motivations constraints risks and operating environment.
Skills and Requirements:
1. Expertise in Core and Advance Business Analysis Skills
2. 10 years of overall experience with minimum of 8 years BA experience
3. Expertise in HR Processes.
4. Well experience in US payroll solutions. Strong knowledge of Workday and Benefits Integration is required to effectively design and deliver the solution.
5. Experience working in Agile projects and educating stakeholders including Programme Managers and Business partners in hybrid ways of working
6. Understanding systems engineering concepts and data/process analysis and modeling.
7. Data reporting analysis and visualization
8. Ability to take a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving and pay close attention to detail.
9. Experience analyzing the alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.
10. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
11. Strong Stakeholder engagement skills
12. Good leadership presentation and communication skills.
13. CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA certification preferred.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $61900.00 - $137100.00.
