Overview
As part of the Operations Industry & Domain Solutions team youll work with globally aware professionals delivering advisory services to public sector clients multilateral banks and donor agencies. Our Government and Public Services (GPS) practice focuses on business process re-engineering digital transformation needs assessments capacity building monitoring and evaluation SME development and womens empowerment blending global knowledge with local experience to deliver sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements industry trends and market dynamics.
- Identify growth opportunities prepare proposals and RFP responses and contribute to expanding business across competencies and service lines.
- Manage engagements end-to-end including guiding team members collaborate with cross-border and cross-industry teams and participate in client discussions and presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high-quality solutions and effective communication within the GPS space.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Digital Governance Public Policy or related field; Masters preferred.
- 8 years in digital transformation projects within government international organizations or private sector technology firms.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies including AI blockchain cloud computing cybersecurity and digital identity systems.
- Excellent English and local language skills with strong research analysis and report-writing abilities.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships work independently or in teams manage time effectively and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
