  • Fixed term part-time appointment (21 hours per week / Tuesday Thursday and Friday until end-April2026 reducing to 14 hours per week / Thursday and Friday from May to October 2026)
  • Level 5: $81953 - $92681 (pro-rated) 17% Superannuation

We are seeking a Program Partner to join our dynamic team at Early Start Discovery this hands-on role youll lead the design and delivery of innovative programs that connect research education and community creating meaningful learning experiences for children and their families. Working closely with the Education Partnership Coordinator youll develop and implement offerings such as school excursions public programs research translation initiatives and special events. Youll collaborate with Early Start staff UOW researchers students and external partners to bring these programs to life. The role also includes maintaining a safe welcoming environment and ensuring best practices in risk management resource upkeep and visitor experience.

Early Start is a visionary initiative of the University of Wollongong housed within the Faculty of Arts Social Sciences and Humanities (ASSH). It brings together researchers educators and community partners to improve life outcomes for children particularly those in regional and remote areas. At the heart of Early Start is the Discovery Space a unique research-informed play and learning environment where ideas are translated into action. Here interdisciplinary collaboration thrives and every program is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
