The Opportunity
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Sydney or Melbourne team on an 8-week maximum term this role youll help drive our mission to build a diverse team of original thinkers across some of the most recognisable agency brands in the Creative & Communications industry in Australia and New Zealand.
You will be responsible for delivering diverse high-calibre talent to your business partners while proactively building pipelines and networks aligned to hiring needs across ANZ. As a Talent Acquisition Partner youll confidently manage recruitment for roles ranging from junior to senior level covering a mix of permanent and freelance opportunities.
A snapshot of what youll do
- Lead end to end recruitment for junior to senior hires driving innovative sourcing and engagement strategies to find original thinkers to join the team.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the group business their area of expertise their work competitor sets and strategic talent needs in the current climate.
- Develop strategic sourcing plans for the businesses under your remit building high quality pipelines of directly sourced candidates through knowledge expertise and connections.
- Posting job ads using a range of jobs boards and sources constantly reviewing the effectiveness of these tools identifying and recommending new methods
- Provide an excellent candidate experience that leaves a lasting impression of our group and core values.
- Be a trusted influential partner in your relationships with hiring managers and Leadership Teams across the Group.
- Develop a deep understanding of the nuances of the different agencies to understand their needs wants and expectations.

Your ideal experience
- Significant recruitment experience within the Creative & Communications industry (either from agency side or internal - ideally both).
- Strong understanding of the Media Creative Integrated Communications Design Digital Production Marketing environments ideally in both the Australian and New Zealand markets.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently and confidently hire talent across junior through to senior levels.
- Proven experience in improving candidate experience and recruitment processes.
- A head-hunter mentality our roles do not fill themselves. This role is about building and using your networks and most importantly understanding what your candidates want in their next career move and being able to match them to the relevant business/roles when they arise in a timely effective fashion.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure strict processes are followed thus ensuring a consistent recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- The ability to work under pressure manage multiple roles and build stakeholder relationships.
- Natural default to partner with businesses and not perform as a transactional recruiter.
