We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Campus Manager to lead the operations and development of our Liverpool and Sutherland campuses. This is a pivotal leadership role that will ensure these campuses continue to provide an outstanding student and staff experience while contributing to UOWs strategic growth in Western Sydney.
About the role
Reporting to the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Regional & Metro) you will have overarching responsibility for the effective management of operations facilities and services across the Liverpool and Sutherland campuses. As the Universitys principal representative in the region you will cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with local government industry and community partners to advance campus development and regional engagement.
As Campus Manager you will lead initiatives that strengthen the student and staff experience oversee the planning and implementation of future campus growth and provide high-level advice to support University-wide strategic decision-making. Through strong collaboration with colleagues across UOW you will ensure alignment of services events and resources that contribute to an integrated future-focused and inclusive campus environment.
About you
You are a strategic and people-focused leader with the capability to manage complex operations and guide teams to achieve strong outcomes and to work within the larger University and local stakeholder ecosystems. With a relevant degree and / or equivalent experience you bring proven expertise in balancing long-term planning with operational oversight and in delivering effective solutions within demanding timeframes.
Your highly developed communication negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills enable you to work confidently across diverse groups while your experience in developing processes and initiatives demonstrates a commitment to improving services and outcomes for students.
