Who we want:

As a Manager youll lead some of our most critical performance marketing efforts. This is a high-impact highly visible role where youll manage strategy execution and optimization across paid search channels while helping guide cross-channel growth. Be in office 4x a week (Mon-Thu) with Fridays remote reporting into Senior Manager of Search. Youll:

• Own Paid Search Strategy: Oversee Microsoft Bing Google Search Local Services Ads and PMAX campaigns
• Drive Performance at Scale: Manage pacing budgets creative tests optimizations and campaign expansions
• Lead with Insights: Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership

Innovate & Expand: Pilot new ad products and explore emerging opportunities across programmatic display and more

• Mentor & Collaborate: Partner with marketing managers and cross-functional teams to launch optimize and grow campaigns

Were looking for someone whos:

• Experienced: 4 years of hands-on in paid search management with proven direct-response success
• Strategic: Able to think big-picture connect dots and anticipate business implications
• Analytical: Comfortable with data analysis Excel/Google Sheets and ROI modeling
• Influential: Strong communicator who can present insights and influence decision-making
• Ownership-Driven: Takes initiative manages projects to completion and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Deep knowledge of additional digital channels (paid social display programmatic)
• Experience with Google Analytics DV360 or Salesforce
• Ability to build dashboards & automate reporting
• Exposure to the legal industry - tech or marketing
• A bachelors degree from an accredited university
