The Sales Project Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of door and fireplace projectsfrom bid to final installation. This hybrid role combines technical sales support project management and client coordination. The ideal candidate is organized solutions-oriented and experienced in managing construction-related projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients contractors and vendors
Coordinate with internal teams (sales install purchasing) and external stakeholders
Prepare accurate bids and sales proposals; assist with presentations and quoting
Proactively identify and resolve project issues to ensure on-time on-budget delivery
Maintain up-to-date project documentation and generate progress reports
Monitor quality and ensure compliance with safety and installation standards

Qualifications

3 years of experience in project management or sales support in the construction or building materials industry
Knowledge of door and fireplace systems (or similar product categories) preferred
Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office project management software (e.g. MS Project Asana) and basic CAD familiarity
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a team-based environment
Valid drivers license and ability to travel to local job sites occasionally
