Job Summary

Tidelands Ford is looking for a Part Time Automotive Accounting and Title Clerk to join our team!

Responsibilities

Process Title Work EVR in state and all out of state
Process dealer trades and wholesales
Process Trade Payoffs and follow up on trade titles
Stock in vehicles; reconcile titles
Reconcile cashier and petty cash drawers monthly
Reconciles assigned schedules at month end
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Automotive dealership experience preferred.
Must be familiar with CDK and experienced in Microsoft Excel
High school diploma required
Ability to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations to customers and other associates
Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
Computer literate and must be able to learn Company software
