Position Summary:
The Parts Driver/Warehouse Worker is responsible for supporting our Machinery Division by delivering parts to customers assisting in warehouse operations and ensuring excellent service for both internal and external customers. This position combines driving warehouse duties and customer service to support the overall success of the dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver and pick up parts from customers ensuring proper paperwork is completed and signatures are obtained.
• Stage load and unload parts for deliveries and internal use.
• Provide parts service and support to shop technicians counter staff and customers.
• Assist with stocking organizing shelves and pulling parts as needed.
• Pack and prepare parts for shipping or customer delivery.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers and co-workers.
• Inquire about customer needs to identify additional sales or service opportunities and share promotional materials when appropriate.
• Perform basic warehouse upkeep including returning unused/returned parts to proper locations.
• Maintain delivery vehicleroutine checks cleanliness and organization.
• Follow all company safety procedures and comply with traffic laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support dealership operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Team-oriented with a professional helpful demeanor.
• Must be 21 years of age with a valid Drivers License.
• Ability to operate a large pickup truck (-ton) with liftgate.
• Comfortable driving up to 80% of the time.
• Ability to lift up to insert lbs. requirement usually 5075 lbs.
