Requirements

Minimum age 21
3 plus months OTR regional or local experience in the last 12 months
Maximum 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
No preventable DOT accidents in the last 5 years
No major violations in the last 12 months
No failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests no SAP
Valid DOT physical with at least 75 days remaining at orientation
Must live within 50 miles of Aurora CO
