Imaging Associates (IA) provides a fresh approach to Radiology and is owned by a team of well-respected Radiologists with practices across the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne Gippsland and Wagga Wagga.

As a result of our growth and focus on continuing to strengthen the support we provide to our referrers and patients a Full-Time opportunity is present for a customer-focused Administration Officer (Radiologist Workflow & Teleradiology).

This role will provide a range of administrative support services to the broader Radiologist team to ensure they achieve their objectives in a timely reliable and efficient manner along with the office management of Imaging Associates Support Office.

What youll be doing
Youll play a key role in supporting the Radiologist team by:

  • Providing admin and clerical support services to Radiologists monitoring work priorities and workflow to ensure delivery of efficient and effective patient focused services.
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external calls for Radiologists.
  • Monitor and evaluate admin processes systems and procedures to improve office efficiency and workflow.
  • Manage Support Office facilities including OH&S practices repairs maintenance and security.
  • Manage reception enquiries deliveries incoming/outgoing mail upkeep of office meeting rooms/amenities and stationery/office supplies.

About you
Youre someone who thrives in a busy environment takes initiative and brings a solution-focused mindset to your work. Youll bring:

  • 2 years of administration experience ideally in a healthcare or radiology setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support strong internal and external relationships.
  • Confidence in prioritising competing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Professional discretion and a commitment to confidentiality
  • Proficiency in in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of RIS/PACS software experience a plus
