St. Vincents Medical Imaging Department (MID) is a tertiary imaging department providing a comprehensive range of diagnostic and interventional imaging services to SVHMs inpatients and outpatients. St Vincents Medical Imaging (MI) is a combined nuclear medicine and radiology department and provides four comprehensive diagnostic imaging programs across three campus sites:
The department provides 150000 image guided therapies yearly across campus to support and facilitate the quaternary services provided by SVHM. All diagnostic modalities are offered including PET/CT which is fully integrated into the Medical Imaging Department. Interventional services include general and vascular procedures and interventional neuroradiology. Similarly diagnostic imaging and procedural interventions are provided to the state based Bone and Soft Tissue Sarcoma service Cardiac Catheter Labs Vascular Labs and Operating Suites.
St. Vincents Private Radiology (SVPR) is a co-located comprehensive private radiology service providing imaging services to St. Vincent Private Hospital the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital and private outpatients.
