Beta-i was recently invested in and is now part of FCamara a global technology and innovation ecosystem that drives digital transformation and turns it into business value with offices across Latin America Europe and the Middle East (São Paulo Lisbon London Boston and Dubai).




Responsibilities

Why This Role Matters


North America is our largest untapped market. We need a rainmaker who knows how professional-services businesses scalesomeone who can package innovation consulting into repeatable high-value solutions sell them into complex enterprises and build the partnerships that open doors fast. Your mandate: land US$1 million in new revenue in the first 12 months and scale to US$3 million by month 24.¹


The Mission

  1. Own the U.S. go-to-market. Craft and execute a focused plan that translates Beta-is collaborative-innovation DNA and FCamaras tech firepower into a differentiated productised services portfolio for the U.S. market with a strong focus on the Eastern Time Zone region.
  2. Win and grow accounts. Target tuna and whale clientsmid-market and enterprise firms (US$500 MUS$10 B)closing five to six-figure innovation and digital-transformation engagements and expanding them into multi-year relationships.
  3. Build the partner lattice. Formalise strategic alliances with cloud hyperscalers industry solution vendors and venture platforms to extend reach and shorten sales cyclesespecially within Eastern U.S. hubs like Boston NYC and Washington D.C.
  4. Stand up a lean revenue engine. Put in place the right CRM discipline marketing collateral and BDR/analyst support to keep the pipeline healthy and predictable.


Key Outcomes & Targets

  • 90 days: Deliver and launch a market-validated GTM playbook
  • 6 months: Build a qualified pipeline of US$4M
  • 12 months: Secure US$1M in new booked revenue
  • 24 months: Reach US$3M in new booked revenue
  • Ongoing: Maintain Client NPS of 8.5



Prerequisites

What Youll Do

  • Sell professional & innovation services. Navigate C-suite line-of-business and procurement to close complex services deals (consulting pilots programmes managed innovation).
  • Productise & price. Shape packages (e.g. 12-week Innovation Sprint 9-month Venture Studio) with clear deliverables timelines and ROI to accelerate decision making.
  • Lead capture to close. Prospect qualify propose negotiate closeand ensure a clean hand-off to delivery while staying engaged as executive sponsor.
  • Amplify thought leadership. Secure speaker slots publish insight pieces and host intimate roundtables that position Beta-i as the go-to innovation orchestrator particularly in the Eastern U.S. market.
  • Coach a small high-impact team. Mentor consultants analysts and partner managers; foster a culture of ownership learning and performance.


You in a Nutshell


Must-Haves

  • 10 yrs selling complex B2B professional services (innovation consulting digital transformation or adjacent) with a personal annual quota US$3 M.
  • Proven system-sales mindsetable to package multidisciplinary capabilities into a coherent value proposition and navigate long sales cycles.
  • Network depth in at least one of our priority verticals (Energy & Sustainability Industrial & Manufacturing Healthcare & Life Sciences Financial Services & Insurance)with client access and presence preferably centered in the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Partnership builder with a track record of structuring and co-selling through tech vendors VCs accelerators and industry bodies.
  • Operator mentality: comfortable in ambiguity biased to action data-driven and accountable for outcomes.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Exposure to AI-enabled solution selling or venture studio models.
  • Experience integrating near-/off-shore delivery or multi-brand ecosystems.
