Role Summary
We are seeking a Director of Hospice Operations to fully own hospice operations across the agency. This role is for a nurse operator not a task-focused clinical lead. The ideal candidate understands hospice clinically but leads through strategy operations accountability and results.
You will oversee clinical operations compliance team performance census growth and financial oversight allowing executive leadership to step out of day-to-day hospice management.

Qualifications

Preferred: Hospice startup turnaround or multi-site leadership experience; graduate degree.
