About the Role
Are you a dynamic sales professional with a strong technical mindset and a passion for driving sustainable industrial solutions As Sales Manager for Pyro & Grinding you will lead sales efforts for our product portfolio delivering innovative solutions to clients while driving profitable growth. From proposal to delivery youll collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure optimal commercial and technical outcomes.
About The Department
In the Pyro & Grinding Business Line we provide sustainable technologies for both new and existing cement installations. Our aim is to help our customers achieve their business objectives extend the lifespan of their current assets transition to alternative fuels and enhance the performance and efficiency of their operations. We are committed to delivering true value to our customers assets while aligning with the industrys sustainability goals.
Your responsibilities
- Lead sales of Pyro & Grinding products and solutions to customers.
- Act as the primary customer contact building long-term partnerships and trust.
- Develop and deliver competitive proposals with clear value propositions.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts aligning commercial and technical terms with customer requirements.
- Conduct customer site visits particularly during final negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including project managers and engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate data and forecasts in CRM systems ensuring clear pipeline visibility.
- Contribute to sales strategies that support profitable growth and customer success.
What You Bring
- A strong grasp of both technical and commercial concepts.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and sales of technical solutions.
- Excellent communication influencing and relationship-building skills.
- An analytical mindset with KPI and ROI tracking capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the cement or heavy industrial sectors is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Business or a related field.
Travel Requirements
- Travel as needed for customer engagement and site visits
