This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the industrial tools market.
Job Purpose & Characteristics
This role integrates both operational and strategic responsibilities tailored to drive sales performance in the South region of India. As the Regional Sales Manager you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the growth and success of the regional sales portfolio by collaborating closely with key stakeholders. Your contribution will be essential in supporting the overall business objectives sales targets and go-to-market strategy for Dormer Pramet. You will actively assist in the execution of regional sales initiatives share insights and ideas to strengthen the sales strategy and align efforts with broader organizational goals to maximize market impact and customer satisfaction.
