What Youll Be Doing

As a Consultant Third Party Governance Office (TPGO) you will be the first point of contact for our internal clients as such your role is integral in ensuring our clients have a positive experience with the TPGO during the risk assessment process Youll be responsible for monitoring and managing the TPGO intake mailbox including setting up deals in Coupa Risk Assess. You will assign work to the team of senior consultants as per department requirements while building reporting on KRIs volumes and other requirements as required by your manager. There will be an opportunity to for you to highlight your creativity and design skills by managing our teams SharePoint site.

How Youll Succeed

Relationship Building - You will respond to clients inquires and requests providing professional high quality customer service and training to ensure client satisfaction. You will liaise and interact with clients as part of the daily management of your portfolio.
Administration & Analytical Thinking You will develop and deliver ad-hoc and regular reporting to the leadership team in order to support executive level decisions.
Business Acumen You understand procurement and the risk of engaging third and fourth parties who support CIBCs ambitions to help our clients employees communities and shareholders achieve theirs.
Leveraging Technology You will utilize existing technology and investigate new technology to streamline our approach to managing our risk assessment process while enabling the business and protecting the bank.

You can demonstrate experience in analyzing and understanding data. You must work fluently with MS Office Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint. It is an asset if you can work with Tableau.
