Job Summary

Job Description - Office boy - Translator

We are seeking a skilled Office Boy with strong Translation capabilities to join our client in the electrical engineering sector. The ideal candidate will assist in translating technical documents client communications and internal materials while providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate documents reports emails and other materials from source language to target language and vice versa.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in translations particularly for technical and engineering content.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling correspondence and document management.
- Assist in preparing presentations reports and client-facing materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in translation preferably in technical or engineering contexts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in languages required.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and translation tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred:
- Background or understanding of electrical engineering concepts.
- Previous experience supporting client-facing operations.
