Required Qualifications and Experience
ХRelevant sales experience in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments ХPrior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage. ХDemonstrated success & achievement orientation. ХExcellent communication skills. ХStrong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment. ХDemonstrated ability to lead from the front. ХExcellent relationship skills. ХStrong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability. ХExceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self starter. ХWorking knowledge of computers.
