An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join a successful independent agency in the Chipping Norton area: agreeing property sales building client relationships and progressing a career within a thriving local team.

Our client a leading independent Sales and Lettings agency is seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator who wants to develop their estate agency career.

This role would suit a confident individual with proven sales ability strong communication skills and who is smart articulate and engaging!

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Driving property sales and achieving targets
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Booking and attending viewings
• Managing negotiations between buyers and sellers
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Completing administrative and compliance requirements accurately

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential sales experience essential
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service focus
• Professional telephone manner and communication skills
• Self-motivated ambitious and proactive
• Smart well-presented and articulate
• Knowledge of Chipping Norton and surrounding area desirable
• Full UK driving licence and own car required
