Job Title: Project Manager
Location: 26 Davis Drive Research Triangle Park NC 27709
Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; 1 Hour Lunch
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a Scientific Discipline.
Experience
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience with SAP Software Systems.
- Experience in Operational Management and/or Project Management.
Knowledge/Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Critical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong technical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate Product Launches (Operational Readiness team) across global segments managing both basic/moderate and high-complexity initiatives.
- Manage operational aspects of commercial launches globally including manufacturing site selection and technology transfer from R&D or other sites.
- Provide technology leadership and support for startup operations and troubleshooting of formulated products.
- Lead cross-functional development planning and pilot trials for global formulations.
- Implement product-related supply chain business models and provide global S&OP support.
- Identifies continuous operational improvement opportunities and commits to deliverables that drive both short- and long-term business success by addressing non-conformance issues (NCMs) and cost of goods (COGs) improvements balancing business needs with operational constraints.
