Job Summary

The role holder will be responsible for delivering high-quality case management and administrative support across all aspects of the Help to Buy Wales scheme. This includes managing a varied caseload of new and existing buyer applications processing post-completion events and ensuring compliance with scheme rules and service level agreements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling a high volume of detailed cases from application to legal completion
  • Processing redemption and non-redemption tasks such as subletting remortgaging and name changes
  • Verifying legal and financial documentation in line with scheme requirements
  • Providing excellent customer service to buyers mortgage advisors conveyancers and valuers
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to process improvements
  • Supporting colleagues and mentoring where required

What were looking for:

  • Strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Experience in case handling mortgages or shared equity loans is desirable
  • Welsh language skills are a plus
