Support case work teams by delivering high-quality administrative compliance and quality assurance support by ensuring accurate record keeping regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder engagement to maintain excellence in Out-of-Home Care services.

What Youll Be Doing

Provide admin and compliance support to case work teams
Prepare and document meetings and case-related processes
Maintain accurate client data and track case movements
Conduct audits and quality checks on documentation
Liaise with government carers and stakeholders as required

What Youll Bring

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work Human Services Psychology Community Services or a related discipline highly desirable
Qualifications in Business Administration Compliance or Quality Systems will also be
highly regarded.
Knowledge of OOHC standards and state regulations
Strong admin organisation and record-keeping skills
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Strong documentation and compliance capability
Current drivers licence and probity clearances
