Support case work teams by delivering high-quality administrative compliance and quality assurance support by ensuring accurate record keeping regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder engagement to maintain excellence in Out-of-Home Care services.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Provide admin and compliance support to case work teams
  • Prepare and document meetings and case-related processes
  • Maintain accurate client data and track case movements
  • Conduct audits and quality checks on documentation
  • Liaise with government carers and stakeholders as required

What Youll Bring

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work Human Services Psychology Community Services or a related discipline highly desirable
  • Qualifications in Business Administration Compliance or Quality Systems will also be
    highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of OOHC standards and state regulations
  • Strong admin organisation and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong documentation and compliance capability
  • Current drivers licence and probity clearances
