What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Securing new instructions and winning property listings
Conducting market appraisals and valuations
Driving residential sales and exceeding targets
Building and maintaining client relationships
Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Managing and motivating a small team when required
Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

At least 2 years residential estate agency experience
Strong valuations and instruction-winning track record
Excellent negotiation and sales skills
Confident communicator with a professional approach
Team management experience desirable
Highly motivated ambitious and self-driven
Local market knowledge advantageous
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
