Summary
Join Our Team at Valley-Wide Health Systems Inc.
Were looking for a detail-orientated Systems Technician who is dedicated to ensuring the reliability security and efficiency of our technology systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures that all workstations and peripherals are properly maintained and updated.
- Handle help-desk calls and support requests
- Provides a base level of support for Valley-Wide Infrastructure
- Supports all systems primarily: workstations printers phones and end user applications.
- Supports all backend printing scanning and faxing functionality.
- Performs and schedules routine and preventive maintenance on computer equipment and peripherals
- Maintain proper documentation of systems resources and processes for support and decision-making purposes.
- Supports connectivity of all hardware devices including video conferencing and clinical devices.
- Maintain and update Helpdesk documentation
- Maintain mobile device full drive encryption
- Basic AD user management
- Assist with Citrix policy management
- Assists in building workstation images for deployment
- Participates in various team meetings providing input and solutions.
- Travels as required to all Valley-Wide sites.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Pass a mandatory preemployment drug screening.
- Must pass a mandatory criminal background test.
- Associates degree in computer technology or experience equivalent to 1-2 years experience as system support
- Strong computer skills and experience with and knowledge of workstation OS.
- Experience in supporting workstations and peripherals
- Experience in customer service.
- Workstation and peripheral deployment
