Job Summary

Description:

Repost for CW that will be more of an onsite/field liaison who will have 50 75% travel associated with the role. PPE will be required and there will be significant walking involved. This candidate should still have a technical background but may also have prior experience with light project management. Integrator/installer experience would stand out; ideal candidates are accustomed to frequent travel and familiar with jobsite safety standards.

The Database Analyst (also known as Database Administrator or DBA) supports the infrastructure side of the IT organization. The DBA is responsible for installation and support of database management systems adhering to best practices and providing exceptional customer service.

The role includes supporting production staging and QA environments; ensuring data availability security and access; and working with IT management to identify optimization opportunities.

Core Responsibilities:

Install configure and maintain database management systems.

Manage database performance access and security.

Execute database backup recovery and monitoring.

Collaborate with IT and field teams to optimize database reliability.

Provide technical leadership and coordinate with development teams.

Adhere to PPE and safety requirements during field visits.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or 6 years of equivalent experience).

1 3 years of experience in database administration.

Experience with T-SQL PL/SQL Access SQL or Python.

Strong understanding of file structures and access methods.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Field or integrator/installer experience.

Knowledge of jobsite safety standards.
