Were on the hunt for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our Mortgages Originations Delivery Team.
In this role youll lead a team of analysts to define document and deliver high-quality business requirements that bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Youll work closely with stakeholders across business technology and vendor teams to shape future-state processes manage the requirements backlog and support agile delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment and is passionate about driving impactful change.
Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with extensive experience as a Business Analyst ideally within lending or core banking transformation projects. Youll be confident working in Agile or hybrid environments with a strong grasp of mortgage processes business analysis frameworks and stakeholder engagement. Youll excel at translating complex business needs into clear actionable requirements and have a knack for guiding teams through change.
