About the internship
TKH Airport Solutions is an international company with offices in the Netherlands Germany Denmark Canada the USA and Singapore. As an innovator in airfield ground lighting (AGL) we are shaping the future of aviation through smart and sustainable solutions. Joining our HR team means gaining hands-on experience across different areas of HR while working in a supportive and truly international environment.
You will work closely with our HR Manager taking on tasks such as:
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Assisting with HR administration and employee records.
- Helping organize employee engagement initiatives.
This isnt an internship where youll sit on the sidelines but where youll be actively contributing sharing your ideas and developing skills that will support your future HR career. We believe that every intern learns differently so we offer the flexibility to shape your internship around your strengths areas for growth and personal interests.
Who are we looking for
- A full time student currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Someone who is excited to learn about HR and passionate about making a difference in the workplace.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented organized and proactive.
- A real team player with a positive mindset.
- Someone that is self-sufficient and independent.
