Telecommute (with occasional travel 4 times in a year to Springfield IL)
Note: 12 Years of experience who are local or nearby states with healthcare state client experience Medicaid CHIP CMS PERM.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Data Analyst to join Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) team. This role is responsible for analyzing healthcare-related data developing reports and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analysis SQL and data warehousing best practices with a focus on supporting healthcare-related data systems.
Required Qualifications:
5 years of healthcare business analysis experience supporting business initiatives through data analysis writing business requirements and user acceptance testing of various systems
5 years of SQL development including performance tuning.
3 years of experience working with State Medicaid and CHIP agencies or equivalent healthcare payer
Basic understanding of CMS reporting requirements for Medicaid
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
Bachelors or advanced degree in IT Computer Science Mathematics Statistics or a related STEM field.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong team collaboration and adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with PERM T-MSIS CMS Federal Reporting or similar projects
Experience in developing Adult/Child Core Measures HEDIS CHIPRA or similar quality metrics
Experience with healthcare-related data systems.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
