Job Summary: The Business Data Analyst will analyze and interpret complex insurance data to support business decisions. This role involves close collaboration with actuarial teams designing and optimizing SQL queries developing dashboards and reports ensuring data quality and compliance and supporting data warehouse migration and integration initiatives.

Analyze and interpret complex insurance data to support business decisions.

Collaborate with actuarial teams to develop insights and reporting solutions.

Design write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.

Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop dashboards and reports for regulatory financial and operational purposes.

Ensure data quality integrity and compliance with industry standards.

Support migration and integration projects involving data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
