Job Summary

Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer with extensive experience designing developing and supporting enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to optimize business processes automate workflows and enhance organizational productivity through Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse Power BI Power Virtual Agents and SharePoint integration. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing complex projects independently while providing leadership and guidance to others.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and support custom Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Power Virtual Agents Dataverse and SharePoint).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable efficient solutions.
Stay current with the latest Power Platform features updates and industry best practices to ensure solutions remain modern and effective.
Provide technical insights mentorship and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Ensure solution quality performance and security by adhering to Microsoft best practices.
Act as a technical leader for cross-functional teams working independently to manage complex work efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10 years of experience in developing enterprise-level Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse SharePoint).
8 years of proficiency with Power FX formula language.
Strong experience in workflow automation business process improvements and enterprise integrations.
Ability to work independently manage complex initiatives and provide leadership to peers and junior team members.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Must have or be able to obtain the Microsoft PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals certification within 30 days of joining.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced education or certifications in Microsoft technologies.
Experience with industry-specific Power Platform applications or complex enterprise integrations.
Strong background in data modeling and Dataverse administration.
