Power Platform Engineer
Memphis TN (hybrid remote: 3 days onsite per week)
6 months plus

Design develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI). Implement integrations with Dynamics 365 Dataverse and Azure services. Ensure security compliance and governance across all Power Platform solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Provide technical support troubleshoot issues and optimize existing applications. Shape Skills Strong proficiency in Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) Power Automate and Power BI. Experience with C# JavaScript HTML/CSS and API integrations. Familiarity with Dataverse Dynamics 365 modules and Azure services (Service Bus Functions SQL).

REQUIREMENTS

Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps Git). Shape Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science MIS or related field (or equivalent experience).
4 6 years of relevant experience in Power Platform development. Expertise in OOP design patterns and advanced Power Platform configurations (plugins workflows actions).
Experience with data migration tools (SSIS Kingsway) and Power Apps security management.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative agile environment.
