Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs and processes.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications user stories and functional designs.
- Solution Design & Implementation:
- Design and document efficient and scalable ServiceNow workflows integrations and customizations.
- Assist technical teams in configuring ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
- Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and company policies.
- Testing & Validation:
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and create test cases.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionality and ensure it meets business needs.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Act as a liaison between business users and development teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and communicate progress.
- Provide status reports and build positive relationships with clients and project teams.
- Platform Expertise & Optimization:
- Maintain a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform particularly modules like ITSM (Incident Problem Change Request) and CSM.
- Monitor ServiceNow performance and usage to identify enhancement opportunities and contribute to roadmap planning.
