Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer and client emails in a professional and timely manner.

Prepare and share quotations through Zoho CRM.

Manage and update our online store on Shopify.

Oversee listings and handle queries on digital platforms such as TATA Nexarc and IndiaMart.

Provide administrative support and assist in back-office operations as required.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration Commerce or relevant field preferred).

Minimum 6 months of experience in back office sales coordination or administrative role.

Proficiency in email writing and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM Shopify and digital platforms (preferred not mandatory).

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work independently.
