Job Summary

Location: Sarkhej-Sanand Road Ahmedabad – 382210
Experience Required: 6 Month to 1 year
Salary Range: 15000 – 20000 (based on experience).
Timing: 10:30 to 6:30
6 day Working(Mon-Sat)
Gender: Male/Female

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and client emails in a professional and timely manner.

  • Prepare and share quotations through Zoho CRM.

  • Manage and update our online store on Shopify.

  • Oversee listings and handle queries on digital platforms such as TATA Nexarc and IndiaMart.

  • Provide administrative support and assist in back-office operations as required.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration Commerce or relevant field preferred).

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in back office sales coordination or administrative role.

  • Proficiency in email writing and communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM Shopify and digital platforms (preferred not mandatory).

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
