Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Counseling skills including active listening and a non-judgmental approach.
- Responsible for making calls and counselling students/parents about abroad education.
- Follow up daily calls to maintain relationships with candidates looking for various courses and universities. Track and maintain the outcome of each enquiry.
- Explain various courses and their benefits to candidates through phone calls.
- Should be able to work with team to meet Daily/Weekly/Monthly based targets.
Key Skills:
Should have prior experience in MBBS/medical counselling
Should have convincing skills. Ability to perform under pressure adhere to timelines.
Basic knowledge of computers is a must.
Should have a good command on languages - Telugu and English ( Hindi Or any other language will be added advantage to the profile)
