Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from students and parents via calls emails and walk-ins
Provide accurate information about courses curriculum eligibility fees and admission process
Counsel students based on their educational background interests and career goals
Follow up with leads to support timely admission closures
Maintain proper records of inquiries follow-ups and enrollments
Coordinate with academic operations and marketing teams for smooth admission flow
Participate in education fairs school/college visits and outreach activities when required
Ensure a professional and empathetic approach while dealing with students and parents
Requirements
15 years of experience in education sales admissions counseling or a similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to explain academic programs clearly and confidently
Good listening skills and student-centric mindset
Organized disciplined and comfortable working with targets and timelines
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or lead management systems
