Job Summary

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing
prompt assistance.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a
timely manner.

Execution:
Coordinate and oversee the execution of advertising campaigns at various locations.
Liaise with vendors suppliers and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials and
services.
Monitor campaign progress troubleshoot any issues and provide regular updates to clients and
internal teams.

Operations:
Conduct field visits to ensure the smooth functioning of campaigns and resolve on-ground
challenges.
Supervise and manage field staff involved in campaign implementation.
Maintain accurate records of field activities expenses and reports
