Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards social media and referrals
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish including job postings candidate communication and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
