Job Title : Senior Recruitment Lead

Experience : 5 - 7 years
Location : Hyderabad Telangana
Responsibilities:

Strong expertise in lateral hiring and volume recruitment.

Proven experience working in fast-paced contract-based or project-driven environments.

Strong understanding of recruitment tools ATS and job portals.

Ability to work independently and lead recruitment initiatives end-to-end.

Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding coordination.

Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to meet business requirements within defined timelines.

Manage and mentor recruiters if applicable ensuring best practices and process adherence.

Drive sourcing initiatives through job portals social media referrals networking and vendor management.

Ensure compliance with company policies recruitment processes and contractual obligations.

Track recruitment metrics prepare reports and provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders.

Enhance employer branding and candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
