Key Responsibilities:

Prepare track and monitor facultative reinsurance placement slips from submission through final signing

Ensure adherence to the quality management process validating completeness accuracy and content of slips
-
Review client and placement data for accuracy consistency and alignment with agreed terms
-
Maintain organized account documentation and folders in shared repositories
-
Verify that placement slips accurately reflect binding agreements and negotiated terms
-
Ensure slips are signed by reinsurers and countersigned by insurers/cedants within agreed timelines
-
Prepare financial closings and debit notes
-
Track and follow up on pending subjectivities and reinsurer requirements
-
Produce monthly quality review reports with findings and recommendations for management
-
Support additional operational or documentation tasks as required
Knowledge Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients reinsurers and internal teams
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail

Ability to prioritize workloads based on urgency and volume
