Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget
- Book flights hotels and other travel arrangements for clients
- Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends and destination information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of domestic travel destinations and attractions
- 2 years Experience with travel booking systems and tools
- Passion for travel and creating unforgettable experiences for clients
