Requirements
We are hiring an SAP US Payroll Functional Consultant for end-to-end payroll implementations across ECC and S/4HANA environments (including ECC to S/4 migrations). The role is hands-on and focused on configuration testing and go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead/support end-to-end SAP US Payroll implementations (min. 2 cycles)
Configure Payroll Schemas PCRs Wage Types
Perform unit integration testing UAT cutover go-live & hypercare
Troubleshoot payroll issues and fix schema/PCR errors
Work on US tax & year-end payroll activities
Support integrations (EC Finance ADP good to have)
Prepare functional specs config workbooks test cases
Work with global teams and ensure on-time high-quality delivery
Must Have
4 years SAP US Payroll experience (6 years total)
Strong in Payroll configuration Schemas PCRs Wage Types
Experience in PA/OM & Time integration
Minimum 2 end-to-end payroll implementations
Experience in ECC / S/4HANA (migration a plus)
Excellent communication skills
Good to Have
ECP Certification
ADP / Finance integrations exposure
