Description
Guaranteed Website Results is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level or Experienced Sales Training & Manager to join our dynamic team in a industry in where we have no direct competition. We have created a unique industry niche which is a 100% Guaranteed Website & Optimization Platform in where our clients can request a 100% refund after 5 months if unhappy with the website and optimization work for any reason. As anyone reading this will know there is no such thing as Guaranteed Advertising that exists in any facet of the advertising World. We also market this using the take-away posture and more qualify a business to see if we would want to partner with them versus selling them. Since we take just a few businesses per industry per market we hold all of the proverbial sales cards since this is not an open ended offer.
This full-time position offers the flexibility of working remotely anywhere in the country or even outside the country. As a Sales Training & Manager you will play a key role in developing and implementing sales training programs by first learning how to sell our platform then teaching others to do so. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales training programs for the sales team
- Assess training needs and create training materials and resources
- Conduct training sessions workshops and presentations to enhance sales skills
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members to improve performance
Requirements:
- Must be highly motivated and able to think on your own
- Prior experience in sales or sales training is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire sales team members
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals
