Job Summary
OX2 Technical & Commercial Management (TCM) operates wind and solar farms as well as battery storage on behalf of investors. We make sure assets perform at their best by monitoring operations managing service providers reporting to owners and continuously seeking ways to optimize returns.
We are now looking for a Commercial / Technical Manager in Romania to support the delivery of our first TCM contract in the country. This is a key role where you will be the local representative for OX2 ensuring smooth operations compliance and strong stakeholder relations for our projects.
Your role
As Commercial / Technical Manager you will:
- Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders related to the assigned assets.
- Manage the relationship with the client and local service providers.
- Ensure the technical and commercial performance of the wind farm including turbines grid and balance of plant.
- Conduct site inspections and follow up with contractors to resolve issues.
- Support reporting by contributing operational updates performance data and analysis.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
- Develop forward-looking O&M planning together with the wider OX2 team.
- Identify and implement cost and performance improvements.
Your profile
We believe you bring:
- Experience from the wind solar or renewable energy industry (knowledge of technical operations is a plus).
- Analytical ability to interpret operational and production data (SCADA CMS etc.).
- Strong organizational skills a proactive mindset and the ability to get things done.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Romanian and English (written and spoken).
- Solid MS Office skills; knowledge of SCADA systems is an advantage.
