CEE IT Applications and Platform Support Specialist

The Opportunity

OurApplications and Platform Support teamis looking for an experienced IT application custodian to join our supporting team.

This team provides mission-critical ITsupportservices tokeybusinessapplications andsystems.

What you will be doing

As a member ofourteam you willparticipateinadministrationa wide variety of complex applications and systems to ensure the highest levels of service and availability toPwCclients.

• Provide advanced technical support for application issues escalated from Level 1 support.

• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents ensuring minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with other IT teamsor 3rdparty vendorsto troubleshoot and resolveapplications issues.

• Maintain and update documentation for processes troubleshooting steps and knowledge base articles.

• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices during all support activities.

• Activelyparticipatein meetings with business owners to gather new application requirements discuss existing issues andidentifyopportunities for service improvements.

• Following ITIL Standards.

What we need from you

• At least 2 years or professional experience in Level 1 IT support.

• Professional knowledge of the English language (at least at a B2 level).

• Team player with strong interpersonal communication and project management skills.

• Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Open mindedself driven eager to learnnew technologiesand put newlyacquiredknowledge into practice.

• Exceptional collaborative and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• ITIL Foundation Certification.

• Microsoft Azure administrationexperience.

• Level 2 application support experience.

• Experience with ServiceNow.
